Given the high reinstatement costs, a layered insurance approach was adopted, spreading coverage across multiple insurers to manage risk effectively. The next phase of the project could deliver nearly 300 new homes in 15-storey buildings, alongside additional retail and community space, further enhancing this landmark London regeneration.
